One on One Technical Support included in your Warranty

 Unlike other computer manufacturers who offer you one year of service and support that is outsourced to a foreign country. Then charge for extended technical support or charge for USA support.

 At Incogz Studios PC you will receive 3 years of Technical Support. You will corresponding only with the assembler and tester of your commission.
 Technical Support includes Software assistance with Virus detection, Malware,Spyware. We also offer resource with learning your chosen operating system.
 Software resource technical assistance when you need to know if a particular software package will be worth your investment? Is it compatible? Installation guidance?
 Technical support remote desktop capabilities. The assembler (with your permission) will remote into your Incogz Studios PC to help solve issues that can not be addressed though correspondence. (broadband internet access required)
 Incogz Studios offers technical peripheral resource to help guide you in a purchase of a printer or other device.  
 Technical support does not include help or resources for pirated or illegal software. Use of such software is at owners own risk.
