  Here's how a Incogz Studios warranty differs:

When commissioning a complete Incogz Studios PC it will be built using the latest components available at time of build. Unlike manufacturers we will not replace a defective component a year later with the same component. Technology evolves too fast so why should you be tied to yesterdays tech?

  There are 3 main components that must be matched with each other in your PC commission.

Number one is the CPU, are updated by the manufacturer about every six months.

Number two is the Memory, are updated about two to three years.

Number three is the Motherboard, are updated on average every year or when CPU configuration changes.

What should happen if a component fails?

  For example, if your Incogz Studios PC has a Motherboard failure covered under the warranty period and it is returned to us for repair. Incogz Studios will install the latest Motherboard that meets or exceeds your original commission. If the new motherboard is not compatible with your original CPU that also will be upgraded, same for memory, Video cards and other add-in cards. You will always be assured that you will have the latest technology in your Incogz Studios PC when a warranty repair is needed!

Internal Components Limited 3 Year U.S.A. Warranty

  Incogz Studios Internal Components Limited 3 Year Warranty:
All internal components of a Incogz Studios Custom built and configured PC have been thoroughly tested and, when shipped, are free of defects in material and workmanship. Incogz Studios shall replace the failed component and all associated peripherals with the same or upgraded product at no charge, if any hardware malfunction should occur, provided the following:

  Incogz Studios Warranty Void label is still intact and in original condition as sent. The product or any part there of has not been abused, misused, damaged, neglected, replaced, repaired tampered with or modified. Under warranty the Incogz Studios PC must be returned to Incogz Studios in its original shipping container or Incogz Studios approved container. Incogz Studios will pay all shipping charges under warranty claims. If original container or approved container has not been used. Incogz Studios pays for the return shipping to purchaser only.
  The PC was properly installed and used in its recommended environment. Incogz Studios shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect. You have contacted Incogz Studios for proper instructions and an RA number for return. Software corruption is NOT covered under this warranty.
  Under no circumstances will Incogz Studios be liable in any way to any purchaser for any damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, wages, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use a Incogz Studios PC.

The following will not be covered and excluded under our warranty:
  All Monitors sold by Incogz Studios will be covered under their respective  manufacturers warranty only. No other warranties from Incogz Studios will be implied.
  Software corruption, including Viruses, Mal-ware, BOTS, Root Kits, and general software operational ignorance.
  Acts of War, including Civil unrest,Terrorism,etc
  Acts of God, Earthquakes,Floods,Fire,Hurricanes,Storm Surge,Tornadoes,Blizzards,etc.

  For any commissioned PC acquired not residing in the USA an International Warranty will apply which will be included along with quote.

6 year External Case Warranty

External Incogz Studios 6 year Limited Case Warranty

  At Incogz Studios all our cases are constructed and customized using the highest quality Artistic supplies,Paints,Glues,Fabrics,Leathers and Finishes applied to Steel, Aluminum or ABS Plastics. With proper care and common sense your commissioned case should keep looking new for years.
  Incogz Studios will cover any defects arising from glue failure of applied materials, finish failure ( polyurethane,lacquer,enamels ) for 6 years. If care and maintain instructions are followed. Care and maintain instructions will be exclusive to each commission. Care and maintain instructions will be included at time of acquisition.
  Incogz Studios will cover all shipping of case without internal components during warranty period. Incogz Studios will cover return shipping only if shipped with internals. Case must be returned in original packaging or Incogz approved container.
  As all cases and designs are one of a kind and are not mass-produced or assembled by more than one individual. There are no part bins for mechanical replacement. In such instances where Incogz Studios is unable to repair or replace a mechanical or electrical external component including but not limited to lights,switches,hinges and ports the customer will be offered a new case for a flat fee of three hundred dollars or a one hundred and fifty dollar rebate.
